Fee Structure
Every client is unique in their travel desires, therefore each proposal we design is custom and personalized to you. The fee structure below is a guideline for our research and design process.
Hotel Only Booking : Complimentary
If you already know exactly where you want to go, let us take it off your to-do list. We can book it for you so you get our VIP perks, and the assurance that we are here to help trouble-shoot during your travel.
Custom Itineraries: $350 (7-day trip), $550 (8 to14 days)
Custom itineraries include:
+ Discovery call to get to know you and your travel style and interests.
+ Itinerary Proposal:
+ Email or phone call to discuss edits to the initial proposal.
+ Finalized itinerary available to you as a web link or on the app.
+ Support before and during travel.
+ Debriefing call after travel.
Mexico or Caribbean: $50 per person
+ This package includes 2-3 hotel comparison quotes, assistance with booking reservations on property.
Concierge Services: Fees vary
Since all trips are unique, if the scope of work for your request doesn’t fit within these parameters we are happy to provide custom quotes. These services can also include additional services such as booking airline tickets, restaurant reservations, golf tee times, spa reservations, concerts tickets, and sporting events.
